How launching, reviewing and trading work on Vrfy.

Launch project
  • I'm launching →What you need, the four steps, and how ownership is proven.
  • I'm trading →How to read a coin page, the status badges, and how trades work.
  • What do agents check? →The eight checks behind every Build Receipt.
1

What Vrfy is

A Solana launchpad where the evidence is published next to the buy button.

Anyone can launch a ticker. From the chart alone, a landing page, a copied repository and a working product look the same. Vrfy closes that gap: before a coin's market opens, AI agents inspect what they can observe about the project and publish what they found. After launch, they keep checking.

Before launch
The builder connects their code, X account and product, and proves all of it belongs to them. Agents review the project and issue a Build Receipt.
At launch
The coin is created on pump.fun with the receipt attached. Its hash is written to Solana so the record can't be changed later.
After launch
Agents re-scan the project every 15 minutes, write up what shipped, and flag anything that differs from the receipt.

Vrfy doesn't judge whether an idea is good, and it doesn't pick winners. It publishes the facts and lets the market decide. Anyone can launch without asking.

2

Key terms

The words used across the app.

Build Receipt
The record of one agent review: eight checks, each with its result and the evidence behind it. Numbered, hashed, and anchored on Solana.
Check
One thing the agents looked at, such as whether the repository builds. Each ends as Verified, See notes, Failed or Not checked.
Status badge
The current state of a live project (Verified, Updated, Changed and so on), kept up to date by monitoring.
Curated
A tag for projects the Vrfy team worked with before launch. They go through the same checks as everyone else.
Agentic updates
The feed of what agents noticed across all projects: shipped work, releases, launches, changes.
Bonding curve
How a new pump.fun coin is priced before it has a liquidity pool. At 100% it moves to PumpSwap.
Creator fees
The share of trading fees pump.fun pays to a coin's creator. On Vrfy they are split 80% builder, 20% Vrfy.
Ask Vrfy
A research agent on each coin page that answers questions using only what was observed about that project.
3

Before you start

Have these ready and the whole flow takes a few minutes of your time.

A way to sign in
A Solana wallet, or just an email address: Vrfy creates a wallet for you. That wallet becomes the coin's creator.
A GitHub repository
The code behind the project. Private repositories work and stay private; access is read-only.
The project's X account
Connected through sign-in, so it is shown as verified and nobody can launch under your handle.
A live product URL
Somewhere people can actually use what you built. The agents open it in a real browser.
Coin details
Name, ticker, description and a square image (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB).
Some SOL
About 0.03 SOL for network fees and account rent, plus whatever you want to spend on an optional first buy.
Your username is chosen first: 3–20 letters, numbers or underscores. It is public, shown as the builder on every coin you launch, and can't be changed after your first launch.
4

Launching, step by step

Four steps. Nothing goes on-chain until the last one.

  1. 1

    Create

Enter the coin's name, ticker, description and image, then connect GitHub, connect X and add your product URL. This saves the project and starts the checks. You can leave and come back to it under Your Launches.
  2. 2

    Prove it's yours

Vrfy confirms the repository, the X account and the website all belong to the same people. If your site already links to your GitHub this is automatic; otherwise the page shows two other ways.
  3. 3

    Agent review

Agents clone and build the repository, scan it, open the product in a browser and compare what your site claims with what they saw. It usually takes a few minutes and ends with your Build Receipt.
  4. 4

    Go live

Deposit SOL to your wallet and sign one transaction. The coin is created on pump.fun and appears on Markets straight away.
  • Editing the name, ticker, description, website, product URL or repository after the review sends the project back for a new review, so the receipt always matches what launches.
  • You can't edit while a review is running.
5

Proving it's yours

Four things are tied to a launch, and each one is proven rather than typed in.

Wallet
Proven by signing in. The wallet you launch from is recorded as the coin's creator on pump.fun.
Repository
Proven through Vrfy's GitHub App. You choose which repositories it may read; it can't write to them and the code is never published.
X account
Proven by connecting it. It's then shown on the coin with a verified mark.
Website
Proven by showing the site and the repository belong to the same people, in one of the three ways below.

Three ways to prove your website

  1. 1

Link to your GitHub from the site

The quickest. If your site links to the repository or its owner on GitHub, the check passes with nothing else to do. Sites hosted on your own github.io address pass automatically.
  2. 2

    Add a DNS TXT record

Add a TXT record on your domain (or on _vrfy.yourdomain.com) with the value shown in the launch flow. It looks like vrfy-fun=… followed by your project's code.
  3. 3

    Upload a file

Put a text file containing that same value at https://yourdomain.com/.well-known/vrfy-fun.txt.

The exact value for your project is shown on the “Prove it's yours” step. It is only ever shown to you.

6

The agent review

8 checks. Each one ends with a result and the evidence behind it.

Agents pair ordinary tooling (builds, secret scanners, advisory databases, on-chain reads, a real browser) with reasoning over the results. Your repository is cloned and built inside an isolated sandbox.

  • CodeRepo clones, installs and builds; secrets and dependency scan
  • HistoryCommit history, contributors, age, bulk uploads
  • OriginalityFork status and similarity to known repositories
  • WebsiteSite loads over HTTPS, links resolve, domain control
  • ProductThe product URL loads and renders in a real browser
  • ClaimsWhat the website says versus what was observed
  • SolanaDeclared programs and their upgrade authority
  • Launch configSupply, authorities and creator allocation

What a result means

✓ Verified
The agents observed what was expected.
! See notes
It passed with something worth reading. The note says what.
× Failed
The agents could not confirm it, for example the repository didn't build or the site didn't respond.
– Not checked
The check could not be performed, for instance a product that blocks automated visitors. It is never shown as a pass.

The receipt records every result as it is. It is hashed and the hash is written to Solana, so nobody, including Vrfy, can quietly rewrite what was true on launch day.

7

Going live

One transaction, signed by you.

Where it launches
pump.fun. The coin trades there and inside Vrfy from the first second.
Supply
1,000,000,000, fixed. There is no mint authority and no freeze authority.
Cost
About 0.03 SOL in network fees and account rent. Vrfy doesn't sell SOL: send it to your wallet from an exchange or another wallet.
First buy
Optional, up to 85 SOL, in the same transaction as the launch. It is recorded on the receipt as the creator's allocation.
Creator fees
Set in the launch transaction: 80% to your wallet, 20% to Vrfy.
The name, ticker and image can't be changed once the coin is live.
8

After launch

The checks don't stop at launch.

Every 15 minutes agents re-scan each live project's repository, product and programs and compare the result with the launch receipt. What they find sets the project's status badge and is written up on Agentic updates.

  • VerifiedEverything Vrfy observed at launch is still consistent.
  • UpdatedA new deployment or meaningful code update landed.
  • ChangedSomething material differs from the launch receipt.
  • OfflineThe website or product stopped responding.
  • Review requiredThe agent found a difference that needs a closer look.
  • UnreviewedLaunched without an agent review. There is no Build Receipt.
  • Shipping is news. Commits, releases and deployments show up in the feed and on your coin's Development tab, so holders see you building.
  • Promises. On your coin page you can post public commitments with a date. They stay visible, kept or not.
  • Material changes are flagged. If something differs from the receipt in a way that matters, the coin page says so at the top.
9

Creator rewards

Your share of pump.fun creator fees.

  • Coins launched on Vrfy split pump.fun creator fees 80% to the builder and 20% to Vrfy.
  • Fees collect in a vault for each coin. See what has built up, and claim it, under Creator rewards.
  • Claiming pays out a coin's whole vault in one transaction that you sign. Both shares are sent at the same time.
  • Rewards are also paid out automatically from time to time, so you don't have to claim.
  • Only the wallet that launched a coin can claim for it.
10

Reading a coin page

Everything Vrfy knows about a project, next to its chart.

Overview
A plain-language summary written by an agent from the review, using only what it observed.
Receipt
The Build Receipt: all eight checks, their results and evidence, and the Solana transaction that anchors it.
Development
Recent activity in the repository: commits, contributors, releases.
Onchain
The coin's launch configuration: supply, authorities, creator allocation, the fee split, and any programs the project declared.
Changes
What has changed since the receipt, with the material ones marked.
Promises
Commitments the builder has made publicly, and whether they were kept.
Ask Vrfy
Ask a question about the project. The agent answers from the evidence and says so when it doesn't know. It won't call anything safe, a scam, or a good investment.
  • The status badge next to the name is the current state from monitoring; the list is under After launch.
  • Unreviewed means the coin launched without an agent review and has no Build Receipt.
  • A zauth number, where shown, is a third-party trust score for the repository, out of 100.
  • The builder's username and wallet are on every coin page, with a link to the wallet on Solscan.
11

Trading

Ordinary pump.fun trades, signed by your own wallet.

Buying
Enter an amount in SOL, or tap 0.1, 0.5, 1 or 5. The panel shows roughly how many tokens you'll receive.
Selling
Enter an amount of the coin, or tap 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of what you hold.
Slippage
Choose 1%, 2%, 5% or 10%. The panel shows the minimum you'll receive after slippage before you sign; if the price moves further than that, the trade fails instead of filling worse.
Price impact
Shown when your trade is large enough to move the price by 3% or more, fees included.
Route
The pump.fun bonding curve while the coin is on it, then PumpSwap once the curve completes at 100%.
  • Your wallet needs a little SOL for network fees before it can trade, even to sell.
  • Vrfy never holds your funds and can't reverse a trade. Nobody can.
  • The chart shows market cap in USD, from one-minute to one-day candles, with recent trades below it.
Trading is risky and final. Most new tokens lose most or all of their value. Read the Risk disclosure first.
12

Following and portfolio

Keep track of what you hold and what's coming.

  • Portfolio shows your SOL balance and your positions in coins launched through Vrfy, each with its current status.
  • Upcoming lists curated teams launching soon. Follow one and you'll get an email when its market opens.
  • Markets can be sorted by movers, newest, market cap and volume, filtered to curated projects, and switched between a grid and a table.
13

Fees

Who charges what.

Vrfy trading fee
None. Vrfy adds no fee of its own to trades.
pump.fun and PumpSwap
Their protocol fees apply to every trade, the same as trading there directly. Vrfy doesn't set or receive them.
Solana network
A small network fee on every transaction, paid by whoever signs it.
Creator fees
Paid by pump.fun out of trading fees to each coin's creator. Split 80% builder / 20% Vrfy, fixed in the launch transaction.
Launching
No Vrfy fee. You pay network fees and account rent, about 0.03 SOL.
14

Wallets and account

Signing in, wallets, and how the app looks.

  • Sign in with a Solana wallet, or with email and Vrfy creates a wallet for you.
  • The wallet menu at the top right shows your address and SOL balance, and links to it on Solscan. To add funds, send SOL to that address.
  • With more than one wallet linked, switch between them from the same menu. Launches and positions belong to the wallet that made them.
  • Dark and light mode are under Settings.
15

What Vrfy doesn't do

Worth knowing before you rely on a badge.

  • A receipt is not an audit. It describes what automated agents could observe at one point in time. It doesn't say a project is honest, secure or going to succeed.
  • “Verified” and “Curated” are information, not advice. Neither is a recommendation to buy.
  • Vrfy doesn't vet teams. A team can stop building, change the product or shut it down. Monitoring is how you'd find out.
  • Vrfy doesn't control pump.fun or Solana. Smart contracts can have bugs, and transactions can't be undone.

The full detail is in the Terms, Risk disclosure and Privacy policy.

Questions

Do I need to apply to launch?+–
No. Anyone can launch. Applying is only for teams who want hands-on help before they go live.
Will my private repository be exposed?+–
No. Access is read-only, the code is cloned into an isolated sandbox for the review, and it is never published. The receipt shows results and evidence, not your source.
My site doesn't link to my GitHub. Can I still launch?+–
Yes. Add the DNS TXT record or upload the small text file instead; both are described under Proving it's yours.
Can I change the name, ticker or image after launch?+–
No. They are fixed once the coin is live. Before launch you can change them, and the project is reviewed again.
What does “Not checked” mean on a receipt?+–
The agents couldn't perform that check, for example because the product blocks automated visitors. It is shown as not checked rather than passed, so you can weigh it yourself.
Why does a coin say “Unreviewed”?+–
It launched without an agent review, so there is no Build Receipt for it.
I signed in with email. Where is my wallet?+–
Vrfy created one for you. Open the wallet menu at the top right to see its address and balance.
